Free Home Delivery
- We offer free home delivery on orders of $250+ to all 48 contiguous United States.
- Orders under $250 are subject to standard shipping rates calculated at checkout.

U.S. Shipping Options
- Home Delivery — Free on orders over $250 (3–7 business days)
- FedEx Express — Calculated at checkout (1–3 business days)
- Overnight — Calculated at checkout (1 business day)
- USPS — Calculated at checkout (3–7 business days)

Canada & Mexico Shipping
- We ship to Canada and Mexico via Shopify's international shipping integration. All applicable duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, so there are no surprise fees on delivery.
- Free shipping is not available for orders to Canada or Mexico.

International Shipping
- At this time, we only ship to the United States, Canada, and Mexico. We do not currently offer international shipping beyond these three countries.

Important Shipping Notes
- Shipping times listed are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.
- Tracking information is provided via email once your order has shipped.
- Golfgen is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the package has been shipped.
Returns & Refunds

Returns — 30-Day Policy
- We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
- To start a return, contact us at support@golfgen.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
- Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us before placing your order.

Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund was approved. If approved, the refund will be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note: the cost of return shipping will be subtracted from your refund.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@golfgen.com.
