GolfGen stands behind the quality of every product we sell. This warranty outlines what is covered, what is not, and how to get help if something isn't right.

180-DAY WARRANTY
All products are warranted against manufacturer's defects from date of purchase
01 What This Warranty Covers
  • Golfgen, LLC warrants all products purchased directly from golfgen.com against manufacturer's defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 180 days from the original date of purchase.
  • This warranty covers defects that arise under normal, intended use of the product, including but not limited to stitching failures, structural breakage not caused by impact or misuse, faulty zippers or closures, and manufacturing flaws in club components.
02 Warranty Period
  • The warranty period begins on the date of purchase and extends for 180 calendar days.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required to submit a warranty claim. Claims submitted after the 180-day window will not be honored.
03 What This Warranty Does Not Cover
  • This warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, including cosmetic issues such as scratching, scuffing, denting, fading, or discoloration that occurs through regular use.
  • The warranty also does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper handling of the product, including but not limited to intentional damage, exposure to extreme conditions, unauthorized modifications or repairs, and use of the product in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.
  • Additionally, the following are excluded from warranty coverage:
  • Damage caused by accidents, drops, or impacts
  • Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers
  • Products with removed or altered serial numbers or labels
  • Cosmetic wear that does not affect product functionality
  • Damage resulting from improper storage or transportation
04 How to File a Warranty Claim
  • To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us at support@golfgen.com with the following information:
  • Your full name and order number
  • Date of purchase
  • A description of the defect or issue
  • Photos clearly showing the defect
  • Our team will review your claim and respond within 3–5 business days. If the claim is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the defective product.
05 Warranty Remedies
  • If a product is found to have a qualifying manufacturer's defect within the warranty period, Golfgen will, at its sole discretion, either replace the product with the same or a comparable item, or issue a full refund to the original payment method.
  • Golfgen reserves the right to inspect returned products before issuing a replacement or refund.
06 Return Shipping for Warranty Claims
  • For approved warranty claims, Golfgen will provide a prepaid return shipping label. You will not be responsible for return shipping costs on valid warranty claims.
  • Products returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
07 Limitation of Liability
  • This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Golfgen, LLC. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Golfgen disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
  • Golfgen's liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
