Product Fit & Sizing
1 How do I know which size golf clubs are right for me (or my junior golfer)?
The most important factor in choosing the right clubs is golfer height. Our Size Guide is designed around height ranges to ensure the best fit so the swing feels natural and comfortable.
2 What's the difference between men's, women's, and junior clubs?
Men's, women's, and junior clubs differ in length, weight, shaft flexibility, and grip size. Junior clubs are lighter, shorter, and designed with the proper shaft flex and alignment aids to match a child's height and strength, while women's clubs are typically lighter and more flexible than men's.
3 Do you offer left-handed clubs?
Yes! Many of our models are available in both right- and left-handed versions. Look for "LH" or "Left-Handed" in the product description to confirm availability.
4 How do I know when my child is ready to size up to the next set?
If your child's clubs feel too short, their posture is uncomfortable, or they've grown more than 4–6 inches since their last set, it's usually time to size up. Our Size Guide can help determine the right transition point.
Product Features & Technology
5 What makes your clubs different from other brands?
Our clubs are designed specifically for each player type. Our Junior clubs feature built-in alignment aids, proper shaft flexes, lightweight construction, and high-quality materials to help players swing more naturally, develop good habits, and build confidence.
6 What materials are your clubs made of?
We use high-quality materials including stainless steel, graphite, lightweight alloys, durable composites, and premium fabrics. This combination provides the right balance of strength, performance, and lightweight design, making our clubs easier to swing while staying durable.
7 What are the main benefits of your junior/youth clubs compared to standard clubs?
Our junior clubs are lighter in weight, built with the right shaft flex, and include alignment aids to encourage proper setup and swing fundamentals. This makes them easier to use, helps kids develop correct technique, and reduces the frustration that comes with using clubs that are too heavy or stiff.
8 Do your clubs come pre-assembled and ready to use?
Yes — all our clubs and sets arrive fully assembled and ready to play right out of the box.
9 Are your clubs suitable for beginners or advanced players?
Yes. Beginners benefit from forgiving clubheads, alignment aids, and lightweight shafts, while more advanced players appreciate the proper shaft flex, durability, and performance.
10 Can your clubs be used on both driving ranges and golf courses?
Absolutely. Our clubs are designed for full use on driving ranges, practice facilities, and golf courses — and they're also great for practice at home in the backyard, at the park, or anywhere golfers can safely swing.
Accessories
11 What accessories do you sell besides clubs?
We offer golf clubs for both beginners and advanced golfers, including our modified clubs used by First Tee. In addition, we carry a variety of accessories such as golf bags, practice balls, and training aids to support every stage of learning and play.
12 Are your accessories designed specifically for kids or for all golfers?
Most of our accessories are designed for kids, such as junior-sized bags. However, some items — like foam practice balls and chipping or putting aids — are suitable for golfers of all ages.
13 Do your bags fit junior-sized clubs?
Yes. Our junior golf bags are designed to perfectly fit our youth club sets.
14 Can I buy replacement parts (like shafts, heads, or ferrules)?
We don't carry individual parts such as shafts or heads. However, we do offer replacement clubs for some sizes if you need to replace a specific piece from a set. Our warranty also covers certain replacements for manufacturing defects. Please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Care & Durability
21 How do I take care of my golf clubs?
Wipe down the clubs after each use, avoid storing them in extreme heat or damp areas, and keep them in a golf bag with headcovers to prevent damage.
22 Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes. All of our clubs and accessories are backed by a 180-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
23 How long do your junior clubs last before a child outgrows them?
Most junior sets last about 2–4 years depending on the child's growth rate and usage. If your child has grown 4–6 inches since their last set, it's usually time to size up.
24 Are your clubs durable enough for beginners who might mishit often?
Yes. We build our clubs to withstand normal use, including the frequent mishits that are part of learning the game.
25 Can your accessories (bags, covers, etc.) be cleaned in the washing machine?
We don't recommend machine washing. Instead, spot clean with mild soap and water, and let air dry.
