Golfgen is now shipping to Canada! Shopify conveniently handles all duties and taxes for Canadian orders at checkout. At this time, we do not offer international shipping beyond the U.S. and Canada. If you have a special request, please contact us at info@golfgen.com.

Shipping Destinations & Processing Times

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada using FedEx. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed with Standard Overnight and 2Day shipping will ship the next business day.

United States Shipping Options

• Home Delivery – Typically 1 to 5 business days (not available for AK, HI).
• FedEx 2 Day – 2 business days by 8:00 pm (not available for international shipments). Saturday/Sunday delivery is not available.
• Overnight – 1 business day by 8:00 pm (not available for AK, HI). Saturday/Sunday delivery is not available.
• U.S. Postal Service – Available for U.S. Territories, APO, or FPO addresses only. Typically, 2 to 5 business days.

Canada Shipping Information

• Canadian customers can toggle between the U.S. and Canadian sites using the currency selector at the top of the website or in the checkout cart.
• All duties and taxes are handled automatically by Shopify at checkout for a seamless experience.
• Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
• Additional shipping fees may apply when importing products into Canada from the U.S.

Important Shipping Notes

• No international shipping beyond the U.S. and Canada at this time.
• FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
• Golfgen is not responsible for weather delays, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control once the package is transferred to the carrier.
